Our simple rule is that while we are releasing the vapor into your home, apartment, boat, camper or RV is: No people, plants or pets. However, once the process is complete, and we've had 15 minutes to air the space out, it is perfectly safe for everyone and everything to return to the fresh, clean sent that leaves no residue nor toxic vapors.

Yes, we can't have anyone without a respirator and training in the premises while we are releasing our vapor. But, as stated above, that is usually for just 6 hours, and you can return within 15-30 minutes of our completion.

As mentioned above, we need you to remove your plants to an area with fresh air, like a porch or your garage - if we are not treating that space, and decide what you and your family (including pets) are going to do for 6 hours while we quarantine your house for deodorizing. Other than that, it would be helpful if you could drape a sheet or trash liner over any electronics, heirloom items, and food stuff that has been left on the counter.

Retail products for odor elimination really don't focus on elimination, but on masking the odors. That is not a recipe for success. Even with our retail products, the strength of solution is just not there, because of the potential strong irritation of your nasal passages, sinuses and throat if you are not properly protected by the proper type of respirator. Also, we carefully select our method and equipment to fit the type of odor we are up against.

Yes, our products and methods can be used in anything that we can close up and contain our vapor treatment. For instance, if you wish us to do a boat, it would be best to treat this with a different method, and over a the long period that it is in drydock and shrink-wrapped.
